UK innovation
ThermaChange was founded by serial entrepreneur Ross Baigent. Our work includes developing ways to treat and store non-fuel nuclear materials and asbestos-containing waste. We bring together technical and commercial experience to explore solutions that can reduce reliance on disposal and make better use of recovered material.
Long-term job creation
ThermaChange seeks to create good, long term jobs and work closely alongside education partners in the communities where we operate in order to develop high-quality apprenticeship programmes.
